I ♥ Statement ("the Service") is operated by Buildzero Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The service

I ♥ Statement converts bank and credit card statement PDFs into spreadsheet (XLSX/CSV) format and checks the resulting figures against the statement's own stated opening and closing balances. The Service is provided on an as-is basis; while we reconcile every result automatically, you're responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it for accounting, tax, or financial decisions.

Accounts and credits

A single conversion can be used without an account. Creating an account lets you save your conversion history and hold a balance of statement credits purchased in packs. Credits are tied to your account, don't expire, and aren't transferable to another person or account.

Payments and pricing

Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. All purchases are one-time — there is no subscription or recurring billing. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. See our refund policy for when a refund applies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process documents you don't have the right to process, to attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or to circumvent the credit-based pricing (for example, by scripting repeated free conversions to avoid payment).

Your data

How we handle uploaded statements and extracted data is covered in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We flag balance mismatches we detect, but we don't guarantee the extracted data is error-free, and we're not liable for decisions made based on it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
