IloveStatement — Bank Statement to Excel Converter

What we do with your statement

Your PDF is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and processed to extract transaction data. We never request or store full bank account numbers — only the last 4 digits are kept, for identification purposes.

Automatic deletion

Uploaded files and the data extracted from them are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. If you create an account and explicitly choose to save your history, your statements are retained until you delete them.

Who sees your data

Your statement is processed by our extraction pipeline, which uses a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to read the document. It is not shared with anyone else, sold, or used for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

Analytics

We use Mixpanel to understand how the site is used — page views and general interactions. Session replay is limited to pages that don't contain your statement data: the pages that show your actual transactions, balances, or account details are fully excluded, and every input field on the site is masked, so what you type is never captured.
